I always rode my bike with my dog on a leash in one hand and every time he pulled to the side to sniff something I too was pulled to the side so when I saw this I was excited to try it out. The product was easy to assemble, easy to use. Two screws and it was on my bike and ready to for the dog and I to test out. The quick disconnect makes it so that you can detach the arm with one hand when you are not using the bike leash so that you don't have this large arm hanging off the side of your bike when just riding without your furry partner. The shock absorbers are the best part though, when he pulls to the side because he wants to smell something it gives just enough that the rider doesn't feel the pull and keeps you from being pulled to the side. The short lead allows for you to have more control over the dog when you are riding. This is an amazing product and I will never go back.

So we have 2 dogs, a 10 years old Samoyed that is doing great with the easy ride and a 1 years old golden retriever that has too much energy and with him it was a little tough to use it. The product itself is very easy to install, very durable and looks great. It toke us maybe 5-10 to set it up and connect the dog to it. With the golden retriever he still needs to get used to it but once he does - it works great, the easy ride moves from side to side without causing a problem to the rider, if the dog pulls - it has this flexible spring that moves in and out. Highly recommended.
